We put a lot of care and attention into making sure our products are perfect, so we’ve put just as much effort into making sure it is delivered to you in perfect condition. All our meats are vacuum sealed to ensure maximum freshness and packed in a cardboard box.

All of your meats should be refrigerated immediately on delivery & used or freezed within 3 days for chicken and 5 days for other meats. If you do not intend to use your meats within the times stated above, place them in the freezer upon delivery.

Yes, all our meats can be freezed. If you do not intend to consumer your meats within 1-2 days of delivery, place them in the freezer immediately. Use within 3 months.

To defrost, remove the meat from the freezer 24 hours before use, and place in the coldest part of your kitchen 1-2 hours before use.

Every Kobe steak is Wagyu, but not all Wagyu beef is Kobe. Kobe, in short, is a variety of Wagyu. Wagyu, loosely translated, means “Japanese cattle” (“Wa-” meaning Japanese or Japanese-style, and “-gyu” meaning cow or cattle). So “Wagyu” refers to any cattle that is bred in Japan or the Japanese-style. Kobe beef is comprised of a very particular strain of Wagyu called Tajima-Gyu that is raised to strict standards in the prefecture of Hyogo. (Hyogo’s capital city is Kobe, thus the name).

-Our delivery service area currently includes Montreal, Ville Saint-Laurent, DDO, Dorval, Lasalle, Beaconsfield, Lachine, Kirkland, Brossard, Longueuil, Pierrefonds and Laval.

-Delivery will be on every Saturday and Sunday from 1:00pm to 6:00pm.

We currently don't have a store but we have an office near Angrignon.

Yes, we do. Please ensure you give clear delivery instructions such as buzzer code, concierge info for apartments and suite number, department for offices at the (Order Special Instructions) place in (Your Cart) section.

Yes, we can leave it in front of the house, but we do not take responsibility if your package has been stolen or not in a good condition.

When you come to pick-up your order, simply show your order confirmation email and ID, and our staff will bring your order to you.

Yes, there's an order deadline by each Wednesday night at @8pm for Saturday or Sunday afternoon between 1:00 pm to 6:00 pm, but you can still place an order for the week after.
